photographs that show how your space really feels...
Your design deserves photography as intentional as the spaces you create. I work with interior designers, builders, and creatives to capture the story, detail, and atmosphere of every project — through editorial-style imagery that reflects your vision
Based in Winnipeg, I work with interior designers, home builders, and architects across Manitoba to create photography that feels both elevated and true to the space.
High-quality imagery is essential when it comes to showcasing your work — whether it’s a custom build, a thoughtful renovation, or a design you’ve poured your vision into. Together, we’ll focus on telling the story behind the project with care and clarity.
We start by understanding your goals. Whether you're looking to highlight the overall layout or capture the finer design details, we’ll collaborate on a tailored shot list to ensure every frame serves your purpose.

"Jenn is fantastic. She is kind, patient, knowledgeable, professional, and flexible."

I'm an interior design photographer, dog & cat mom, and lover of cozy kitchens. With over a decade of experience capturing spaces, people, and meaningful moments, I approach every project with energy and intention.
My background in Fine Arts, Environmental Design, and a Master’s in Architecture from the University of Manitoba shapes how I see light, space, and structure. This perspective allows me to highlight the subtle details and storytelling behind every design.
I’d love to hear more about your next project and how we can bring it to life visually. Let’s connect.
Hi there, I'm Jenn Yablonowski
(SHE/HER)
Before we photograph your project, it’s important to think about how you want the space to feel — and whether it may need any light styling ahead of time. Do certain areas need to be decluttered, rearranged, or enhanced with a few finishing touches?
If your space requires more detailed curation, I recommend completing that 1–2 days before your session, so everything is ready when we begin.
Most of my work is captured using natural or existing light to create a clean, editorial look. This approach reflects each space in its most authentic form — whether it’s a cozy home or a commercial interior.
While I bring lighting gear for flexibility, I believe in using the space’s natural light to highlight its design and atmosphere whenever possible.
When planning your session, we’ll also consider the time of day that best suits your space. Natural light and shadows shift throughout the day and can dramatically change how your project looks on camera.
If you’re including exterior shots, I generally recommend scheduling them for early morning or late afternoon — when the light is softer and more flattering.
Every project begins with a complimentary Zoom consultation. This gives us a chance to align on your vision and the key elements of the space you'd like to highlight.
We’ll discuss both the big-picture angles and the finer design details — from finishes and textures to standout features — so we can create a collection of images that feels true to your work
During our consultation, we’ll build a shot list tailored to your project. This helps us prioritize what matters most while staying flexible on shoot day.
If you have specific needs (like verticals for print or horizontals for your website), we’ll plan for those too. I typically deliver both formats for key shots, but knowing your preferences up front helps guide the session.
While structure is important, I always leave space for creative interpretation. Your final collection will include a range of imagery — from wide, editorial views to focused, stylized details — that reflect the character of the space and the story behind the design.
The number of images delivered depends on the scope of the project, with all the best shots that tell the story of the space included. Final images are carefully reviewed and professionally edited for consistency, ensuring the highest quality.
