Starlit Point Wedding

September Wedding at Starlit Point in Manitoba

Some wedding days just feel right from the start — soft skies, a light breeze, and two people who aren’t rushing, but really taking it in. Sara and Dallas’ September wedding at Starlit Point was exactly that. The kind of day that felt calm and clear, like everything was unfolding just as it should.

They both got ready at the venue, quietly moving through the final touches. Sara looked gorgeous in her dress — radiant and completely herself. Dallas had that kind of smile that says a lot without needing to say anything. Their first look happened under the trees, with golden light falling through the leaves. Just the two of them, taking a moment. Intentional, quiet, full of feeling.

Starlit Point Ceremony

Their ceremony took place outside, surrounded by people who love them. There were a few happy tears, quiet glances exchanged, and a deep sense of presence. It wasn’t overly planned or performative — it was meaningful, soft, and true to them.

Afterward, cocktail hour gave them space to be with everyone — to hug, to laugh, to really be there. The patio at Starlit Point was warm and welcoming, the kind of spot that invites you to stay a while. It wasn’t rushed. It felt like a gathering.

Later on, they made their entrance to the reception with big smiles and even bigger cheers. There were heartfelt toasts, moments of reflection, and a little pause at their sweetheart table before dinner — just to breathe it all in.

As the sun dipped low, we stepped into the surrounding prairie fields for a few quiet photos. Nothing posed or forced — just the two of them, with wind in the grass and light in the sky. The kind of portraits that feel like home.

The night wrapped with dancing, laughter, and a few wild moves from their guests. The energy in the room was joyfully unfiltered. And through it all, Sara and Dallas stayed grounded in what mattered most — each other, their people, and a day that felt deeply like them.
